The Royal Dramatic Theater Drama is defined as a composition, in prose or poetry. Drama is intended to exhibit a picture of human life or to depict a series of grave or humorous actions of more than ordinary interest tending toward some striking result. The classification "Drama" refers to both plays or scripts (that are acted out) and any type of writing that involves conflicts or suspense and builds to a climax. A dramatic work may be entirely based on imagined people, places, and events (i.e. Fiction), or it may be based on facts (i.e. Non-Fiction). [AM] {CL}
