Why do we have Laws? Because without such 'rules' it would be almost impossible to live here on earth. Our planet is occupied by many species, both human and animal in origins. Humans have developed into many different cultures, that is styles of life and concepts of what is right and what is wrong, often according to the part of the world in which they live. What is law in one country may not be law in others. What is deemed 'right' in one culture can be against the law in others. [LR] {WB}
