Ear 2
The eardrum, separates
the auditory canal from the middle ear. The middle ear
is a tiny cavity containing the three bones of the ear:
the malleus or hammer, the incus or anvil and the stapes
or stirrup. The inner ear is very complex. It has two
main parts, the bony labyrinth and the membranous
labyrinth. The inner ear also contains the structures
which help with equilibrium or balance.
