The Periodic Table is a special chart of all the Elements discovered. In 1869, the Russian chemist Dmitri Mendeleev published the first version of this Table. He arranged the Elements in order of increasing atomic mass. Mendeleev arranged the Elements in columns and rows. Elements in columns and rows all share similar characteristics.
