Coal
Coal is composed mainly of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.
The four types of coal are peat, lignite, bituminous coal, and anthracite.
Peat is yellowish-brown and the softest; anthracite is black and the hardest.
In industry, coal is burned to generate electricity.
