Memory
If you think of your brain as a computer,
your memory is what stores and retrieves data.
People have different kinds of memory (for example, short-term, long-term, sensory).
Psychologists study memory to try to answer questions like,
"Why can some people remember things more clearly than other people?" and
"Why do you sometimes suddenly remember something that you haven’t thought about for a long time?"
